Test your Print Setup

If you run List-It one-line reports for more than one page of listings you will want to run this quick test.

It has been reported to us that some systems are losing the last listing on each page when multi-page one-line reports are printed. We have found that by adjusting the margins in your browser's Page Setup (in the File menu), this problem can be eliminated. But the only way you will know if you have the problem is to examine carefully your printouts and compare them to what you have on the screen.

Included on this page is a test one-line report. Click on the link below and print that page. Then carefully compare the last listing on the first page and the first listing on the next page to what you see on the screen. If there is nothing missing, you don't have this problem. If there is a listing missing, click on the File menu in your browser bar and choose Page Setup. You can do this while you are on this same screen. There will a section in the window that gives the measurements of the margins (typically 0.75"). Reduce the number in the top and bottom margin (try 0.50"), click OK and try the test again. Once you get all the listings to print out correctly, you have fixed the problem. This setting will hold until you change it again in the same manner.
