Fair Housing Roster Fair Housing Broker Certification
The Florida Real Estate Commission is placing more liability on Brokers for the supervision of their Sales Associates. The Bay County Association of REALTORS® is therefore making a Fair Housing DVD available to all Broker members. It is recommended that this DVD be used for a topic of discussion or education at one of your office meetings. Brokers sign when they receive this information and are responsible to get this information to their Sales Associates.

One of the links above is to an Excel form that you can print out. It will help the Broker to keep track of who has had this training and who has not. The roll out of this new program was May 10, 2007. The roster must be filled out and returned to the Association for documentation by the target date of June 30, 2007.

Article 10 of the Code of Ethics is the article that you will need to review for this training.
