The best way to start correcting your contact information is to print this form from the Department of Business And Professional Regulation (DBPR). Fill it in completely and fax it to 1-850-488-8040 or mail to:DBPR, 1940 N Monrore St, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783

Then fax a copy to Linda McDonald at Bay County Association office, 769-5462. She updates your information in the NAR database, which will then update the FAR database. She also changes it in the MLS and in the BCAR database. Then it is given to the MLS Department and Nick updates the Supra Key KIM database.

That is all the places that can be updated just by your filling out the one form. You still need to give some thought as to where else your information is available that you need to change. If you own a domain name you want to make sure that all the information is correct there. Nothing is worse than losing control of your domain name simply because you changed your email address and now the domain name registrar won't do anything you say since you won't answer their confirmation email. You may even have a handful of sites that you belong to for high school reunions, technical newsletters or Match.com.
